Aside from the role of the federal government in funding education particularly public schools, it is also important for the federal government to make sure that the curriculum be in its world quality standards of learning. Bush passed The No Child Left behind Act of 2001 which intends to increase the federal governments support and involvement to education was legalized.The Federal government together with the US segment of Education should allow the idea of a national curriculum for public schools. In this way, the State and local educational offices will only maintain and enforce the standards without even evaluating the curriculum.
